Managing coverage for a whole workforce?

Connect approved leave, pending requests and workforce availability in LeaveCtrl.

Use warnings to support a fair decision.

Define the critical function first. Compare available people with the minimum you have configured, then review skills, alternatives and the employee’s entitlement. A warning should prompt a conversation, not automatically reject a request.

Include January in the planning horizon and communicate decisions early.
